Ordering & payment

Is checkout secure? Yes. Payments are handled by trusted, secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not been dispatched yet, email support@aldridgeandhart.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it is covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery
Where do you ship? Besides the UK, we also ship to most countries in the world.
How much does delivery cost? Free delivery on orders over £40. Below that, delivery is [£6.99].
How long will my order take? Orders are usually dispatched within [1-2] business days. After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes [5–10] business days, and international delivery [7–12] business days. You will receive tracking by email. Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return unworn items in their original condition. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How do I return something? Email support@aldridgeandhart.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Who pays for return postage? [The cost of return postage is covered by the customer, except where an item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.]
When will I get my refund? Within [5–10] business days of us receiving and checking your return, to your original payment method.
