Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Our 30-day returns window You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition — with tags attached and original packaging where possible — within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition of returns To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn and unused, in their original condition;
  • with all tags and labels still attached;
  • in their original packaging where possible.

Items we cannot accept (set to your true policy) For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns of [pierced jewellery and earrings], [underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal is broken], [personalised or made-to-order items] or [gift cards] — unless the item is faulty. 

How to return an item

  1. Email support@aldridgeandhart.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

[Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage is the customer's responsibility.] 

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear. [Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where you are exercising your statutory cancellation right or the item is faulty.] 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please email us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage you pay. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges [The easiest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help, just email us.]
