Where we ship Besides the UK, we also ship to most countries in the world.
Order processing Orders are processed within [1-2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed to you once your order leaves us.
Delays Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands and occasional delays can happen. If your order is running late, email support@aldridgeandhart.com and we will help chase it.
Incorrect address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to amend it.
Order not arrived If your order has not arrived within [20] business days of the estimated delivery window, please email us and we will investigate.
